To respect our time and all scheduled clients, Luna’s Beauty Lounge requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. ⟡ Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. ⟡ All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. ⟡ No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service and may be blocked from future bookings. ⟡ Appointments can only be rescheduled once with proper 48-hour notice. Additional changes will require a new booking and deposit. We understand that emergencies can happen; however, these policies are in place to protect our time and ensure fairness to all clients.
